Stuffed Sweet Pepper Soup

My favorite time of year has finally arrived!!! FALL!!! I love the smell of Fall and the leaves are changing and the weather is beautiful! But my favorite part is soup! Soup is probably one of my favorite foods to make!

I made this recipe today and it was DELICIOUS!! This original recipe is from

Serving Size:16 Ingredients1 pound ground beef8 cups water4 cups tomato juice3 medium sweet red pepper, diced1-1/2 cups chili sauce1 cup uncooked long grain rice2 celery ribs, diced1 large onion, diced2 teaspoons browning sauce, optional3 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon salt

DirectionsIn a Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
