Hummus Crusted Baked Chicken

I am currently on Weight Watchers and I have to tell you it is great! Being on weight watchers really gets me to try new recipes.

I tried this recipe for lunch for work and I must say it was delicious and it will definately be a go to lunch recipe.

Here is the recipe for Hummus Crusted Baked Chicken!

Serves 1:
WW Pts: 13- you could easily make this for two lunches if you wanted it be less points.

1- 6oz Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup of your favorite Hummus- I used Tribe Spicy Chipolte Hummus
1/2 Tea- Cumin
1/2  Tea- Chili Powder
1-1/2 Tea- Minced Garlic- I enjoy garlic so I'm sure I put in more than that.
1/2 Tea- Paprika
3-4 squirts of Lemon Juice
Cooking Spray for the baking dish

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a medium-sized baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.Place the chicken breasts in the dish. Using a spoon, scoop the ½ cup hummus into a measuring cup to avoid contaminating the rest of the hummus from the raw chicken. Put the remaining humm…
